 Mughals Reit Management Company Limited (MRMCL) was officially incorporated in Pakistan on August 22, 2023, after obtaining permission from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. MRMCL operates in accordance with the NBFC Rules and is committed to upholding regulatory standards. 

The company focuses on providing end to end real estate advisory, launch and manage Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) on commercially viable real estate assets across Pakistan, thus bringing real estate investment within the reach of common investors, besides, the institutional investors and to provide unit holders with regular and stable distributions, achieve long-term growth in distribution and net asset value per unit, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure through disciplined execution of its key strategies.
